Under the Ajira Poa program, the Governor has partnered with Dan Church Aid (DCA) county government to provide over 11 youth entrepreneurs with cash capital to boost their businesses and innovations.

The program aims at stimulating demand for jobs, enriching skills for supply and guidance on job creation and skills development for unemployed youth.

Nyandarua’s successful young men and women pitched their businesses and innovations against their counterparts from Nakuru in a challenge dubbed the “Dragons Den Competition.”

DCA operates in Nyandarua, Nakuru and West Pokot counties.
