Chief Officers Mr. Samuel Gitaka (Tourism, Trade and Industrialization) and Ms. Esther Mwangi (Public Works, Housing and Energy) inspect on-going construction of the Nyandarua County Aggregation and Industrial Park (CAIP) at the Agriculture Training Center in Njabini, Kinangop Sub-County.
His Excellency Governor (Dr.) Moses N. Badilisha Kiarie is implementing the project in collaboration with the National Government to revamp agricultural and industrial sectors in Nyandarua while creating employment.
Comprising storage facilities, an aggregation unit, transportation and value addition units, the project is being carried out by Universal Trends Limited to the tune of KShs. 464 million.
Mr. Gitaka commended the contractor for utilizing local labour and called for completion of the project within set timelines.
