His Excellency Governor (Dr.) Moses N. Badilisha Kiarie has expressed satisfaction with ongoing efforts to elevate the Ndaragwa Sub-County Hospital to a Level Four facility.
In remarks delivered on his behalf by County Executive Committee Member for Public Service, Administration, and Devolution Hon. (Dr.) Paul Wanjau during a comprehensive inspection of the facility, the Governor emphasized the importance of bringing healthcare services closer to Wanjiku.
Accompanied by Chief Officer for Medical Services Mr. Charles Nderitu and Director for Public Participation Mr. Kimone Kimone, Hon. Wanjau also gathered feedback from patients.
The visit also included overseeing construction of a modern maternity unit at the Ndaragwa Health Center.
The Governor’s CHANGE Manifesto further champions for the ongoing establishment of a modern radiology unit at the facility, aimed at enhancing diagnostic services for residents.
