Through the Department of Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development, His Excellency Governor (Dr.) Moses N. Badilisha Kiarie resolves a boundary dispute at Gichungo village in Kaimbaga Ward, Ol’Kalou Sub-County.
The local community had lodged a complaint against a resident who allegedly grabbed part of the land on which their cattle dip sits.
The Governor is prioritizing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms to fast-track the processing of land ownership documents, eliminate perennial double allocations, resolve protracted grievances and facilitate structured urbanization countywide.
