The government of Ireland will continue its longstanding partnership with the County Government and the people of Nyandarua especially in areas of crops and livestock development, this was the assurance of the Irish ambassador to Kenya, H.E Caitriona Ingodilsby, when she visited the county.
Receiving the delegation, which also included senior officers from the IFDC, Deputy Governor H.E Mathara Mwangi thanked the European country, and development partners, for “continued support towards improvement of the agriculture sector which is a key cornerstone of H.E Governor (Dr.) Moses Kiarie Badilisha’s Change Manifesto, and a critical enabler of development.”
The meeting was also attended by other senior county government officers, and lead persons from both the Embassy and IFDC.
